You’re an established female entrepreneur or woman business owner. Although you are generating revenue, you feel there has to be a better way. You started your business so you could lead a more integrated life. But, now fear what you’ve actually created is another job. You are beginning to wonder if the goals you set out to achieve are really possible, and wish you could pinpoint what’s preventing you from moving forward.
Here is we work together via private consultation, one-on-one or with your core team, to address your company’s Operations, Structure, & Strategy issues. Over the course of eight (8) to 12 weeks we will meet weekly to address gaps in operations, identify root cause so that you can resolve & overcome challenges, not manage them; uncover ways to harness your/your company’s unique power, and restore the confidence in your team and trajectory that only clarity can yield by creating solutions for you and your team.
Working sessions are designed so that you experience progress that moves you torward your desired outcome each week and support through implementation should you elect. This option is best for solo fempreneurs experiencing growth and/or aspiring to scale, or women-owned businesses with small teams.

Eight (8) Weekly Working Sessions
Eight (8) 90-minute working sessions. Here is where hard questions are asked, issues are faced, and we dive deep to remove barriers hindering the progress you seek. Sessions will cover:

Four (4) Weeks Implementation (Optional)
An additional four (4) weeks at the end of our engagement to support you through implementation as you execute solutions derived from our working sessions. This option may be extended via retainer depending on complexity.
Exercise, Small Team Function
Exercises take place outside traditional business settings to spur creativity, fresh perspectives, and engage body & mind as part of the process. We’ve found these enable our clients to go deeper, release unnecessary stressors, reconnect with themselves, and arrive faster at solutions unique to them.
Metrics
As a courtesy, all clients receive complimentary follow-up once OSS ends at 3, 6, and 9 months, further contributing to their on-going success.

*RETAINING OUR SERVICES is an option available for existing clientele seeking on-going consultation or support beyond the end of a project. Our retainers consist of two (2) 90-minute sessions per month billable in fhree (3) month increments, for an investment of $1,800/month, or annually for $18,600 USD. Once payment is remitted, you will be redirected to a link to schedule your first session.
